At the June 2007 School Board Meeting, the Coatesville Area School District Board of Directors approved amending the Wellness Policy to meet Governor Rendell's Nutrition Initiative, which was included in his 2007-2008 Budget. The Nutrition Initiative offers additional reimbursement to those Districts choosing to follow Year One of the Nutrition Standards for Competitive Foods in Pennsylvania Schools.
